Camping La Principina

Geöffnet von 05/05/2012 bis 15/09/2012 MARINA DI GROSSETO (GR) - [ Toskana ] La Principina Camping is an execellent choice to spend an unforgettable holiday in the hearth of Maremma.

Located under a flourish pinewood who leads to a charming beach characterized by natural dunes, La Principina Camping has a strategical position, between archeological sites, medieval villages and unspolit nature. In a few minutes you can reach the Natural Park of Maremma, the Argentario Archipelago (Giannutri, Giglio and Elba Islands) and the beautiful valleys of Mount Amiata.

The Camping counts 450 pitches under huge pinetrees , all provided with electrical connection,; pitches’ surface goes from 50 to 150 squared metres. Every pitch includes a parking place in the camping parking ; in case of second car, a paying parking is avaible.

La Principina Camping has 5 centralized areas equipped with toilets (separated in men and women sections), hot showers, sinks, and a washing area for clothes and dishes and a chemical WC depletory area. In order to guarantee our guests the highest cleanliness, the toilet areas are washed several times per day. Coins for washing machine and dryers are available at the reception. Refrigerator, BBQ areas also available.

Your holiday in Tuscany will be enriched, from June to August, with a daily entertainment programme for adults and kids. At guests disposal: bowl fields, volleyball fields, multipurpose areas and mini-golf.

The Principina a Mare beach is located 700 metres far from the Camping, accessible on foot or by bike through a green pinewood.
Not far from the Camping, a horsemanship, for adults and kids, to learn riding or to have a relaxed time among the nature.

The Camping provides: Restaurant and pizzeria with a wide open-air area, a take away service, a huge kiosk with a bar providing pastries and tartlets, ice-cream, crépes, and sandwiches, American bar, a market with a wide choice of products including local food products, a bazar selling items for camping, cigarettes, newspapers and souvenirs.

RESTAURANT-PIZZERIA-TAKE AWAY
Our restaurant offers pizza, fish and meat dishes, and typical dishes from Maremma, enriched with excellent local wines. Our restaurant provides also a take away service.

BAR
From the early morning, the Bar provides breakfasts, ice-creams, crepes, sandwiches and fresh drinks. In the evening the Bar converts into an American Bar.

MARKET
Every day, including Sundays, the market offers a wide range of typical products, fruits, vegetables, meat, milk, and freshly baked bread.

BAZAR
At the Bazar you can find magazines, newspaper, rechargeable cards for phones, camping items, cigarettes and little souvenirs.

INFOPOINT
The InfoPoint, open every day from 8 am to 9 pm, is located at the reception, and is the hearth of the Camping. Our staff is trained to give any kind of information related to the camping internal life and the several itineraries one can enjoy during the stay. Besides at our info point you can book excursions by boat to the islands of the Tyrrhenian sea and rent bikes.

BIKE RENTAL
Bike rental service is at the reception. A deposit is due for each rented bike and a valid identity document has to be left at the reception, both will be given back at the end of the rental. Guests can rent bikes from 9 am to 9 am of the following day. Whereas the bikes won’t be given back by the determined time, an extra day will be charged.

GAS BOTTLE RENTAL
Gas-bottle rental service is at the reception. Delivery directly on the pitch. A deposit is due upon rental, and it will be given back upon re-consignment of the empty gas-bottle.

ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment program will be shortly released on line.

BEACH
The wide and sandy beach of Principina is about 700 metres far from the Camping. Its splendour kept undamaged and the sea is one of the most transparent and clean of the whole Tyrrhenian coast; this is the reason why it has been enabled with the Blue Flag.
